📝 Reservation requests

  • TAll reservation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • All services are subject to availability and supplier confirmation at the time of request.
  • Rates provided are net per person.
  • Any service not specified in the booking confirmation will be at the passenger’s expense.
  • Scheduled itinerary times must be respected. Any changes will be communicated by the travel agent..

💳 Payment policies

  • For individual bookings, full payment is required 15 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated.
  • For group bookings, payment terms are:
    • 50% of the total amount 60 days prior
    • Remaining balance 30 days prior
  • Different payment policies may apply depending on the services included in each itinerary.
  • Prices are net and quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • In certain cases or special dates, suppliers may require mandatory advance payments. These will be communicated in advance. Failure to comply may result in service cancellation, for which Natural Expert Travel will not be responsible.
  • Bank fees and transfer charges must be covered by the sending agency or entity.
  • No payment is required at the time of booking. Once the confirmation is issued, the payment deadline will be indicated.
  • The payable amount will be net and specified by the Natural Expert Travel agent.

💳 Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are currently not enabled on our platform.
However, we can process payments manually upon request.

Please note that any applicable transaction fees may be included in the final amount charged.

❌ Cancellation policy

  • In case of NO SHOW without prior cancellation, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Services voluntarily cancelled by the client during the itinerary are non-refundable..
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing at least:
    • 15 days in advance for individual bookings.
  • Cancellations made within 8 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.
  • Group cancellations are subject to individual supplier policies.
  • All cancellations are subject to seasonality and supplier conditions.
